The Gift of Life is So Precious: We Should Love One Another

Updated: 7 days ago

If only our eyes saw souls instead of race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or other characteristics.

How different would our ideas of loving one another be?

How different would our ideas of absolute equality and interdependency be?

How different would our ideas of being kind and humble to one another be?

Humanity is not about riffing with prejudice against groups and individuals because of their race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or other characteristics, but rather showing compassion, being kind and humble with one another, and helping each other persevere entirely.

If you love yourself, there will not be any room for hatred or discrimination against others because of who they are—you cannot hate other people without hating yourself. Let us be kind and love one another.

Kindness shows great self-discipline, strong self-compassion, and dignity. Choose kindness over being right, and you will be right every time because kindness is a sign of strength.

Never believe that your life is worth more than that of others. Life does not revolve around an individual or self-enhancement bias. However important you may think you are, having an exaggerated belief in self-worth is dangerous and will only lead you to fall.

Always wear a smile on your face; it is the best make-up that brightens any face. If you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours—nothing shakes the smiling heart.

If you ever feel that others are not treating you the way you deserve, begin treating those people and those around you the way you want to be treated. Actions speak louder than words—love is a language stronger than hate, and it does not need a weapon. Avoid fights if you can, forgive quickly, and speak kind words to everyone because the gift of life is so precious.

Let us love one another, live each day, reach out to each other, and be kind and humble with one another. A person’s beautiful asset is not a head full of knowledge but a heart full of love, ears ready to listen, and a hand willing to help others.

With humility, we should acknowledge our absolute equality and interdependence because the best thing to hold on to in life is each other.

May we all have the courage to choose love over hate.

Let’s Love one another.
